FundPrime provides a web-based platform for Africa-based companies, organizations and projects to market and raise money to meet their individual goals.
Unlike worldwide crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo, FundPrime limits participation to Nigeria and Africa-based companies and contributions from foreign or Africa residents. The exception, however, is for the project to have a direct positive impact on Nigeria and Africa culture in general.

In exchange for financial contributions, project organizers offer rewards, percentage or perks, ranging with the size of the donations. They can include services, experiences or others. “Being able to offer some really unique rewards, gives you a good chance it’s going to be a lot more successful with a FundPrime crowdfunding platform than a worldwide crowdfunding platform,” Justice adeyinka (co-founder) said.
