86,612 students made 5 credits and above in the just concluded WAEC NOV/DEC 2013

Now the question at stake here is- who would you blame?
Students who are now distracted from studies due to social media.

The government who now care-less about the education system in the country.

Is the examination system becoming more difficult and complicated?
or
are teachers becoming so reluctant when it comes to teaching and handling students or have they failed to improve their teaching methods?
