Nope, it's a very valid request. Trust is built not given freely. If he demands to know his office then by all mean send him the physical address and invite him over. This is strictly business no sentiments attached.

And my point is, he invites you over to his office, you sign on the dotted line, give him your cash, you shake hands on the deal.
But 1 day later, he moves away from that office and sets up office in another town, how does that affect your deposit and your principle of asking for an office address?

Businesses do not just vacate their premises like that.
And even if they do, your having a physical address makes it easier for you to start tracing their whereabouts should there be any problem.

It is true that businesses are now being conducted online, however Nigeria have not really gotten to that stage just yet. As much as possible get a physical address if u can. Even online giants like Jumia and Konga can be funny at times

Lexus, how long did it take before you could track you order shipped by swisspost. I have a order shipped on 30th December with a tracking number but when I search on swisspost website , no results are returned .
