We go to sch where we r being thot hw 2 speak English, u speak d language in ur environmnt/area cos u hear it evryday,so u learn it so dt u can interact wit neighbours & d liks, but if ur parents didnt speak ur mother tougue 2u & its nt spoken whr u grew up/live,hw r u expectd 2 understand & interact wit it yet u bin laughd @ & qweried 4 wat u'v no control over as if as a child,u choose d language u wanna understand. Is this realy fair on those who fall in this category?
