Of cos it is very very true, d person is my school mate in d univ. saw him recently in Warri, he is an employe of d Delta state civil serv. he is also a politician now. he said he was given a slot in d 2010/11 recruitment exercise dat was done den. he said Uduaghan was even forced to do dat recruitment den, dat dis one is a mere formality, according to him Uduaghan has so messed up d system ie some departments such dat any attempt to recruit new hands will further bastardize d system. He also told me dat he hardly or does not go to Asaba to do d work he was employed to do, he just flex around and month end he recieves alert. but he is in constant communication wit his boss in Asaba. so dats it.

It may be true as I kno wat is hapening in Asaba.Recently dose dat were employed in 2010 were called 4 confirmation.As dey ar confirmed n promoted,dere will now be room 4 us.Also,also a civil servant told me dat dey must do it as it has bn put in dis yr's budget 2 justify how d money was spent.

Well if u say may be true we are still on same page. d guy I spoke about was very frank wit me, he even told me d salary scale for Bsc holders just over #50000. Another tin he said is how dey dat are in d system are fighting hard to get there relations etc into d system, he said he's making frantic efforts to place his wife but one other higher offica got d slot ahead of him. wit all dis tactics dey are limiting d chances of we dat are trying to coming. Like u said its in d budget already but dis is naija dey can still sit on d money n not do d recruitment n noting would happen.
