2. If Ncc isn't working data suscription for bb wouldn't be 1000naira, or do you think they reduced their prices cox of competition?
3. Etsalat was the 1st network to reduce their data prices b4 other providers fowed suit.
4. If Ncc is not working as alleged by you, do you think you'll be charged pea-nuts as call-rates?
5. Have you seen any scam bonanza lately like MTN's Aeroplane bonanza to a Uniport student "ghost"?
6. ETC

They have seen how we crave for their exceptional data services,so a little increase in their subscription rates may not reduce the number of user because as it stands right now, #1500 for 3gig is still a good offer compared to other service providers......that is just how is in the business world!!! 1000naira is for the 3GB while 1500 is unlimited. If you re told that the operation failed, just keep trying it or u call the customer care. Have experienced it a couple of times before. If you make enquiry about the bb complete, you would be told that it's 1500 which is unlimited. It's just like when the 3gig was still 1500 and the unlimited was 3,000. When u make enquiry, u'll be told it's 3,000 but 1500 was for 3gig. So I think you are misunderstanding something
