I mean just think about it: The mother's a witch, the wife's a witch, so therefore the daughter(s) is/are witch(es). It stands to reason that the MIL will be the 'queen' of all witches and, lord help any female colleague/boss that crosses his path and disagrees with him. They too will be named witches.
