yh it possible bh not easy , cause most H.o.d ain't ready to let go of dr best students , had a friend wu had 4.2 c.g.p.a for 100lvl wanted changing from maths N stat to comp.engr, on the process of transfer, he had to be signed out of d dept by hz h.o.d bh on presenting the form to the h.o.d , he tore em into pieces, n told him to go back to class
