This is the problem with Nigerians,imagine the top managers of access bank,all igbos,Diamond,and fidelity are the same..they even speak igbo in their offices.you can also find it in other sectors.,this is why mediocrity rein supreme in nigeria because some of them are not qualify for the job.....God knows why he has not allowed an igbo man to become president of Nigeria..they will turn otier nigerians to slaves

u re wrong on there ethnicity. Ojinika comes from Imo, Etuokwu is Igbo, as well as Wigwe. Elias is Edo. Appointment or election into top mgt position of a public bank is majorly determined by shareholder (s) with the highest shares . At Zenith, Jim Ovia single- handedly appointed Emefiele as his successor cos he owns the majority shares; the same goes to UBA. GTB cannot have Igbo CEO cos its shares are a controlled by the Yorubas; the same thing with First bank .

I'm not sure why this is giving you high blood pressure. You must be Yoruba. One thing is clear, Igbos and/or Deltan Igbos run banks; Diamond, Zenith and UBA are the best in Nigeria. They are pretty good at it. Igbos are taking back what rightfully belong to them in this country and are doing it at an alarming rate faster than a rocket ship. Five yrs from now, they will control the financial system of Nigeria; now with a Deltan Igbo at the helm of CBN. The earlier you begin to accept this, the longer you will live on this planet.
