Sekina Adeosun of Ile Oluji, Ondo State warned her teachers that it is abominable for her to have her hair cut when the school requires all pupils to wear a low-cut. Her hair has always been plaited, braided or woven. A teacher by the name Mr. Jacob called six other students to hold her down and forcefully shaved her hair. Within 24 hours, Mr. Jacob suddenly became ill and died while the rest of the students are on their sick beds now. A recorded voice interview of the female student was played on the program and she said when asked how can she explain what happened. "It is the Agbas who are involved". For the six students to be recovered from their illness, each one of them have to provide six goats "whose back can carry igba (calabash)", six pigs and other items.

I have heard about something related to this. It is very common among the children with dreadlock (dada) but I don't believe there are something special about it. There are some superstitions like the dread moving in the midnight among others....but things like this are hard to believe.
