LOVE LOVE LOVE, almost every one talks about it, craves for it, claims to have it, etc. Man meets woman, the two claim to be in LOVE, [/b]not long after they are worst enemies; Christians profess[b] LOVE [/b]in the church, outside the church, they are gossiping and spreading lies about one another, some [b]'believers' even go to the extent of killing fellow humans to express LOVE for a higher being, the list goes on and on. The question is: do we really know what LOVE is? have we lost the meaning and essence of this noble ideal in definition? search within you and honestly tell us what is your definition of love? can humans express LOVE in its true meaning?

The mistake people make is that love is easy and perfect. . .  it is absolutely not

I do believe in the idea of love, but not the fairy tale happily-ever-after sort.

Love is as old as the earth, and as mysterious as the wind. No one controls it, but it has complete control over us. Love makes us do magical things, and love makes us do evil things. Love can bring people together, and draw people apart. Love is the only emotion that can challenge hate. Love is like gravity. You don't see it, but it is there live and full. It controls our lives. We can't control, manipulate it. . . . maybe. Love as no single definition. Nor guidelines, rules, regalations, formulas. It is just there.

The question "can humans express love in its truest meaning" could be answered if you acquired every possible difinition of love, and summarized it in one sentence; (more like 'more like finding the average' in maths). The purest form of love does not exist.

Love travels from one point to another: the giver to the reciever and back to the giver, as the cycle continues. The problem is that each time, each person gives back his own version of the love whch inately taints it. Love is unfortunately abstract unlike oxygen or matter, otherwise one might just find pure love somewhere, a love-mine or love-well or love-stream. But Love is inexistent without its mediums (us humans). To say simply: we give love its meaning, the love is as pure as we are, or much rather, are not.
