Well I have decided to stop eating pork, shell fish completely. gradually I am going to cut out eating all meat but I have to first wrestle with my mind to stop eating fish and chicken. Today, I am going to cook Tofu meatloaf. I love tofu and only eat it when I go out for dinner or lunch at my work place. Looking forward to cooking my first tofu meal Peace |
