Can you pls explain the necessity of these 2 exams-sat and toefl.

I mean after taking the exam(majorly for international purposes),will you be granted scholarship just for writing the exam?

No you won't.
The time that governments gave out scholarships like that has long passed.

SAT is like  our GCE sort of
TOEFL is just an exam that certifies you as proficient in the English language and non native speakers are mandated to take it to study (or work) in the US
that's about it.
You can now apply to a school and must show evidence of funding for tuition before you could even receive an I-20 needed for your visa application
There are still scholarships and grants available but most foreign students don't qualify.
One more thing,getting an I-20 from an institution does not guarantee you a visa.It only gives you the opportunity to apply for an student visa called F-1 visa.
Just like getting a letter of invitation doesn't guarantee you a visitor's visa

Qeenisha have expain everything to you and for the SAT(Scholarstic Aptitude Test while some call it Scholarstic Assessment Test) is like GCE and TOEFL(Test of English As a Foreign Language) to test your ability in English Language. Is for all country which their native Language is not English to study in the US and other countries e.g CANADA.

The TOEFL has for Sections : READING --- 30 MARKS
LISTENING -- 30
SPEAKING --- 30
WRITING ---- 30
----------
120 marks.

The score you need depend on the school you apply to. For the SAT is English and Mathematics and the total score is 2400.
