Job Title: STOCK ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Level: G7

Function: BREWERY FINANCE (L)

Location:                   LAGOS BRY (Ogba)

Reporting to:            Brewery Management Accountant

           The Role -  To provide monthly reports to management on Stock
Account in the Brewery.         

Context:

1. Ensuring that all the daily movement/inventory listings received from Distribution are registered and outstanding ones highlighted and followed up.

2. Ensuring that all Fulls & Empties transactions in distribution as captured in inventory listing reflect properly and accurately in the ledger, and vice-versa.

3. Reconciliation of Brewery stock of Fulls & Empties. (IL-LA for Ogba, Ikeja, Cocoashed,Studiopress & MDS)

4. Ensuring that DECNs are ticked against Inventory listing and ensuring proper filing of DECNs/inventory listing received from Distribution.

5. Participate in quarterly stock count of Fulls & Empties in Lagos area and collate relevant information relating to physical stock, Inventory Listing on Excel spreadsheet and forward results to Brewery Accountant.

6. Re-classification of Empties in Full Beer stores & reallocation of Blank analysis, IRP01, ORP01,OPB05 & IPB05.

7. Review of PADJ+, PADJ-, OEMPR & OEMPT entries for BOM postings.

8. Swapping of bottle waste from BOM postings.

9. Generate Fixed Cost and Exception Reports for Lagos Brewery, Head of Quality, HQ Engineering and Operations Development Manager.

10. Carry out monthly snap check on stores and send reports to Brewery Accountant and Brewery Finance Manager.

11. Obtain Bar Returns from HQ, Ogba & Ikeja and raise Journals in respect of bar consumptions.

The Person: -
Qualification
§ OND in Accountancy or related discipline
§ Possession of relevant post-qualification experience and good Computing skills will be an advantage
§ Knowledge of Guinness policies is an added advantage.
§ High level of energy and commitment to team based achievement and high interpersonal effectiveness to develop & sustain robust relationships
