I am ready to purchase the vehicle now. Honda Accord 2008. Budget is 2.3m +/- 200k. Low mileage and no accidental damage. leather and wood interior is a preference. VIN is preferable.

What I mean by have it checked down for you is go have some available for your inspection towards coming to cotonou, I'll have the VIN checked and certified, you would inspect and text drive to your satisfaction within the Park environment. But
(1). I can't do a 2008 Honda Accord EX.
Leather seat, Wooden Interior, Alloy Wheel, Non-accidented car, besides, I don't do accidented cars. Low Millage for 2.3 +/- 200k, which is about 2.5m. You know low millage cars are expensive.

The cotonou car purchase procedure; after purchasing the car, you would be given 3papers, one belong to you and one for the clearing agent in cotonou and the last one for the nigerian customs.

Buying the car cost about 2,552,000naira. You've to clear it and also pay the Nigerian Customs duty.

Try and be realistic on prices when you buying a good car because cars are not cloths you change anyhow.

Someone might tell you, come down to cotonou, I can do it at that price and my brother when you get down there, you going to go above that 2.5m. The nigerian customs duty alone is about 300 - 350k.
If I'll do that car for you with all the features you've called and mentioned.

For a 2008 Car, the Average millage should be between 40,000miles - 60,000miles. That's the average miles for a 4years Old car. Average is 10,000miles per year - 15,000miles per year. Millage atimes depend on other issues like if the car is a City drive or Highway (Long Distance) drive. All this are put into consideration to finally know if the car is worth settling for. Mind you atimes when the millage is too low, Be Caution cause it might be either an Accident Ride or some few faults are wrong with it. If the millage is low, it has to be reasonable. So when it comes to the kind of millage you expecting, it has to be an average millage in-line with the year of the car. The car would of American Spec. And I assure you, One of the Neatest in your Neighborhood.
