plus they don't build fence, no scary looking policemen within the banking premises.

Company policies.
Some banks go as far as telling you to remove your safety shoes, because of the metal in it, before entering the bank. You might even have to switch off cell phones and drop in a safe box before entering. GTB is a customer-friendly bank.
