I dont have their phone number i have misplaced it i will advice you go to their office and lay your complain calling them on phone will not bring positive results because some of the staff there dont even know the dealings of the firm they might not have idea of what is going on.There was a time i called to make enquiry on Geo FLuid private place the person that picked the call told me that there was nothing like that untill i got to their office personally before i was able to get the right information on where to lay my complain and yet,i could not have the certificate though still waiting.
