Do not flash the lollipop Rom yet, there are many bugs associated with it. Am back on KitKat until a more stable version becomes available.

Both work for same purpose.. The diff is that TWRP is modern and can swipe across option whl Cwm uses Volume keys and power button only... You can flash with Cwm..
