Bienvenue Cheeun...meaning welcome Cheeun..
prononce "bien-ve-nue"

Comment va tu? or comment allez vous??

meaning "how are you"?

The first prononce as "coma va tu?

the second prononce like " coma ta le vu" mostly d last letters in french are not always prononced except few..

the first one (comment va tu?) is for those u re close to, ur pals etc

whereas d second (comment allez vous?) is the polite way...dats people u don't really know n You want to show them respect....or your boss, your teacher etc....or a group of people....(maybe You want to greet two or more people at once) the pural form.

Therefore your answer will be::
"oui ça va" meaning "yes I am alright" prononce "wi sa vah"

Or
"je vais bien"...prononce " jeo veh bien" meaning "i am fine"..if u translate it one by one...dat will be "i am going well"...meaning the same thing...but go with "I am fyn"

Note: "ça va" can be both " are u alright" or "i am fyn".... it depends on your voice.

ça va? with question mark(?) prononce like "sah vah?" means "are u alright?".

"ça va" without question mark(?) is prononce like "sah vah" meaning " i am fyn"

Also note that:
Letter "C" WITH cedila dats "Ç " is prononce as "S" but Letter "C" WITHOUT cedila dats "C" is prononce as "K" (that sign under Letter C is called Cedila).

Merci beaucoup madame Justi...

Faites-nous savoir ce que vous avez tous appris hier. Vous devriez maintenant avoir connu comment accueillir les gens en français et également leur demander comment allez-vous?

Let us know what you all learnt yesterday. By now you should have known how to greet people in french and also ask them how are you?
