I think the company has completed the project and handed over to FG through NICOMSAT, which include: Switch rooms, BTS sites, Handsets and also installation of Cameras in Abuja and Lagos.
But since then it has been switched off, and what surprised me is that why? Because maintenance of a network is even profitable, FG can even be generating and making profit through it by commercial aspect of it, e.g: selling sim cards to people, site colocation with other networks, fixing of cameras to individuals and......

]Is this not laughable? Nothing will actually work until Nigerians decide to make it work. We shall continue to wallow in this situation until we sit down to effect a change.
