Serious situation...... Why seek asylum in another man's land when your country is not having much problems.. Why can't they stay in their damn country and help in developing it?

The brazilians are not living large as these foolish ghanians thought.

AND MANY COMMENTERS DID NOT BOTHER TO READ THE STORY BEFORE COMMENTING.
Nigerians, stop this behaviour. Those of you that have relegated reading to the background will only have yourselves to blame in the long run. Just cannot comprehend how a full grown human being will reply a topic totally off point when the article was clearly written for him to read. One can only hope those 'dull' brains are not passed down to innocent children these ones will bring forth. God have mercy on us.

chukxie: Brazilian federal police say that some 200 Ghanaians have requested asylum.

The Ghanaians say they are Muslims fleeing inter-religious conflicts in their home country.

Most of the Ghanaian asylum seekers in Caxias do Sul have been given shelter by local Roman Catholic churches.

They are shy to come back to us, they all know Nigeria will reject them outrightly . because they didn't reciprocate our good gesture then. Wish them well with their new endeavor.
