use diskwipe.org. Do a gutman wipe. Then download a demo of getdataback and use it to see if there are any traces of data left. If any then do a gutman wipe again.
Then make sure u encrypt all storage devices for a higher (but not guaranteed) level of security.

For permanent data destruction, let a hammer meet d phone several times then set ablaze whatever remains
