Today many young pole complain of waist pain or back pain due to excess of sugar and carbonate in the body, and sometimes taking some of those pain relief only cure them temporary. In my research last WK I come across simple herbal medicine that cure it permanently. Just go to any near by market and buy wat Yoruba pple called Bara(Mellon seed) and ewuro (bitter leaf) boil them together 4 like 3hrs and take it like tea for 3days. That is it. 1 Like 1 Share |
