well if you dont have interest in teaching, then u are not going to teach well. First u have to have pasion in what u want to do and also have an idea abt what u want to do, the u can express your self better

Good answer but an experienced interviewer will not accept this because it is vague.

You need to be specific in answering this type of question in an interview. Bear in mind that you are being interviewed for a specific job, it is vague to say you will solve the organisation problems. A good interviewer will ask you what are the problems of the organisation that you want to solve. What happens if what you know is different from what the problems of the organisation is and even if you are right with the problems, what skills and experience do you have that will help them solve the problems.

Your interviewer will like to know the skills and experience, how you want to use it to add value and what specific areas the organisation will benefit from your skills and experience.

It is not a one statement answer please.

You should have done your research about the job role and the organisation and align the challenges they have to your own skills and experience to answer this type of question in an interview

Consider a response like this;

I am currently a Sales Executive in XYZ Limited, a viable competitor to your organisation where i have used my sales skills to help the organisation increase their sales in the past 10 months by 18%. I understand the market terrain very well and i will bring my sales skill, experience and drive to bear in your organisation to help increase sales. I will apply myself thesame way i am doing in XYZ to increase the client base of your company.

@ Ambi, this is what you have written but with a bit of more information and specificity. You dont want to leave your interviewer wondering what you are talking about and start to ask you questions that you should have answered.
