Op, first of all scorpion is not immortal everyone in mortal kombat asides the elder gods will die if matched with the right opponent, dante is a demon king and if u follow the story well u'll realise dante can't die. Scorpion isn't as strong as u think all he has is a few tricks up his sleeves

Saying scorpion can beat up dante is like saying batman stands a chance against superman with technology and no green kryptonite, that's suicide bruv. The only real opponents in MK are the elder gods and maybe onaga seeing the elder gods saw him as a threat in MK deception plus he has the ability to raise the dead and he iss made up MK universe's creation elements

@Chris scorpion was killed by bin han d first subzero,when he died ,his soul was stuck in netherrealm n with quan chi deceiving him dat subzero killed his family n village, he came back as an angry soul n killed subzero (bin han) only to find out dat another subzero was in d mk tournament bt dis time ,Kuai lang ,bin han's younger brother which he also killed bt not after he(subzero Jr) told him d truth about quan chi n he also killed him so scorpion is immortal while Dante is a demon capishe?

Once again bruv, scorpion isn't immortal. If he was, kratos wouldn't have killed in the trailer i saw besides scorpion didn't kill the other subzero

The nero whom you said killed dante didn't and can never, i believe dante was trying to pass a message to him. Right after nero stabbed him he pulled out the sword nd didn't even look hurt which proves his immortality, later on in the game he beat nero up before letting him leave with his brother's sword. Also in the manga, after that little demon became strong and stabbed dante all over, he was utterly shocked dante did not die nd didn't even look like someone who's dying. Scorpion on the other hand would die even if i stabbed him with my grandmother's 42 year old blunt kitchen knife. He's only seen in other mk series because quan chi or shang sung wakes him up every damn time

Kratos and Scorpion are basically the same thing,they are both blinded by rage and fight to revenge,while Dante does it nonchantly,krats and scorps will keep resurrecting while Dante (who cant die) keeps killing them.
