Those are most certainly NOT medical students. They are pictured in the act of butchering a human for a purpose or practice that is not clear based on the photographs alone.

This is horrid stuff, but by far the most physically nauseating "traditional" practice that I have ever heard of occurs on the banks of the "sacred" River Ganges that flows through some of India's most squalid slum neighborhoods.

At designated sites on the banks of India's Ganges River, the corpses of an entire's city's dead are burnt DAILY in the open, on piles of wood. The burning process is never complete by the time the flames die down, so the grisly barbecued human remains are ritualistically pushed into the shallows of the Ganges River, RIGHT BESIDE worshipers of the same river who come to DRINK and ritualistically "bathe" in that highly toxic water choked with floating and submerged human remains.

No horror movie writer could ever create such a scene of surreal and utterly macabre Gothic horror as that which occurs under the full gaze of the world every phucking day along the banks of the River Ganges. India is a land of many, many gods, ranging from sacred rats, to monkeys, to cows that roam the streets of Indian cities like royalty, to subordinate gods who preside over everything from road safety to female fertility, so it is not alarming to hear that Indians also worship rivers with equal fervor. The manner of worship practiced along the Ganges River banks in India is, however, THE most disgusting and sickening organized human activity ever to be identified as a formal mode of worship.

The so-called sacred River Ganges is deliberately polluted on a DAILY basis with the most virulent and deadly microbes in existence, each and every time a semi-burnt cadaver is introduced into into those waters, therefore the Charles Darwin award for self-destructive idiocy should still go not to the Filipino butchers above, but to the good people of India who poison a river, and themselves, all in the name of worshiping that river.

Proffer another excuse but those guys do not in anyway look like medics. If they were medics, those bodies would be in the cadaver lab not bush and wouldn't be dismembered like this.
