It is no longer news that no Nigerian was listed in FIFA’s player awards for the 2014 World Cup players’ achievement award. However, Nigeria could be compensated in the goals category. Nigeria conceded 5 goals in total, scoring 3, two of those coming against Argentina from one man, Ahmed Musa. The CSKA Moscow player’s goal has been included in the Top 10 goals for the tournament.
