Good day House. My Acura MDX 2002 tends to go off when i apply the breaks. If i put it back in neutral and turn on the ignition it responds. But as soon as i start driving and apply the breaks it goes off. What might be the problem. every other thing is ok and it has no fault code. Guys in the house pls help |

Have you check your fuel pump? Have you run a comprehensive scan? Carry out a fuel pressure test on your car Does it jerk? Do you have the check light on? How did you conclude it has no fault code? |

mayor2013: Have you check your fuel pump? I have done a comprehensive scan and it clean. It does not jerk and the check light is not on. |

just tell your mech to make sure the engine isnt tuned low. he should adjust it up abit. |

u hv a vaccum leak,,,, check all the air hoses in the engine bay, there wud be 1 or some that wud be cracked, the small air hoses are usually the culprit |
