the question aint that difficult. what did you do that you could have done differently. what solution you usually used that did not work again. why will Baker hire you. describe one technical job you did,how did you do it, what will you have done differently,if you had problems in the process how did you resolve it, what lessons did you learn. this is for the 1st interview. dnt know abt dis one.

I think you can develop your answers and be unique, instead of taking cues from other people's created responses. I laughed at this your question, and the person who liked it. Someone has listed expected questions almost verbatim for you and you are asking for answers to behavioural-based interview questions. Hmmmm . . . .

Her point is not everybody has the same IQ, while some are born brilliant/creative others develop theirselves.. He probably has not come across this type of competency based question before hence his question.. I dont see any problem with him asking. If you dont want to help ignore.. We were not born with the CAR and STAR method programmed in our head, we learnt it either from forums or reading articles.. Please allow him learn
