I think the following should be done as a precautionary measure:

1. All check point should be manned by soldiers of Akwa Ibom origin or the Igbos.
With what I saw yesterday between soldiers from the same tribe as the boko haram, they can attack Akwa Ibom with ease.
2. There should be a vigorous and thorough checking of cars, trucks and any vehicle as well as people into and out of Akwa Ibom especially the East west road.
