Job Details:
• The Job
o Maintenance of facilities in FMN and Subsidiaries
o interpret and analyse layout drawings for clarity in order to meet specifications
o Prepare bills of quantities for cost estimates
o Monitor and supervise maintenance projects for accountability and effective project management

• The Person
o Ability to plan and ensure execution of maintenance schedules.
o Demonstrates a willingness to create joint teams with different businesses to meet emerging needs
o Liaises with customers, supplies and contractors ensuring delivery of expectations
o Understands various safety requirements and ensures compliance.
o
• Qualification
o B.Sc./ B.Eng. (Civil Engineering)
• Experience
o Minimum of 5-6 years in Facility Maintenance/ Management, Project Management
• Professional Certification
o Membership of NSE/COREN is an added advantage
