chosenmopol: @Dmainman well done. please i beg for your clarification based on your wide experience for the benefit of all who may be interested, is it permitted or better still can a qualified someone already running a fulltime 2yrs masters (occasional)in social science faculty apply for full time or part time masters in engineering faculty? i ask this because of what i noticed at the last convocation where a 24yr old bagged a bachelor and msc first class in maths and physic simultaneously b4 specializing on maths for his phd. thanks regards.
