at the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, Enugu during a
familiarisation tour of the Division also warned that saboteurs in the
army shall be court-marshaled as prescribed by the military law.
The COAS stated that with the procurement of the weapons, the
Army would now be equipped to wage the war with the insurgents
and pointed out that very soon, the war would be over.

Weapons don't win wars,its the strategic planning and its execution that wins wars. Weapons are simply just means to an end.

Definitely we will.crush them btw no matter the lenght and size of new equipment gotten .doctrine must change.while many of them complain of equipments.my cousin in the N.E frontlinr complains of school boi mistakes.we are learning .however most officers deserting are just cleaning up the inventory for real patrotism to be see.hence I take most of their illegal rantings as jokes but still many issues abound dat need to be looked into seriously like aircover,and improved ordinances(ammo count) cos I will tell u dat they do carry limited mag into action but most times they fail to utilize amo effectively due ti lack of firing discipline..my 1#
