This is a very dubious means. Simple economics will tell you that power is a long time investment, so it is wrong for the minister of power to encourage the investors to strangle Nigerian electricity consumers all in the name of fixed electricity charges.

In my area one service cable from the transformer cut on the pole putting the whole communities in darkness, I told phcn officials and they said rain is falling, three weeks later I told them that I'm going to send my workers there to do it cus it my field they said no, since then and it almost four months now we didn't see them.
