Mount Patti is located in Lokoja, Kogi state.
The ride up 1500 feets above sea level is scary especially when you look down and realise how high up you are. The road up has180 degree turns that can creep you out and it takes guts to make the trip

Viewing Rivers Benue and Niger on top of this mount gives you a better understandng to why Lady shaw named our country "Niger area" from the River Niger. Our country could have been "Benue area". I feel she chose Nigeria over Benueria because from the rest house you see the Niger river better. #mythoughts
