The OP is not telling you all u need to know, the last time I was about going into shortcode business, far back, as @ 2012, I could not, and I was advised by a top MTN director not to, reasons are that telecom companies will furstrate me, wen it comes to paying out; like you rightly asked, how will the 35% be shared!!!
