He did. Richard called Pemisire's phone & it happens dat it picks up itself so he heard d conversation between Lawrence and Pemisire or his guys then he traced them down there.

He is unquestionable God! nobody can question His order!!!.. Dis ur story really touch my life. Temitope Daniel where others can not go, the almighty God will make u reach there, where they go but cannot succeed, u'll succeed & be prosperous.
