Pls i would like to know if you charge your client yearly, that i know some ppl does that or monthly,
and do you charge them the actual amount you use to design the website or you add up the cost of domain + Hosting + the website fee all together and the charge ?? or just Domain and hosting is that what you charge your client huh ? and how do you charge Annually,Quartely,Monthly

I only code websites and so my charges are one-time. However, if I were to do more than that, I would say your charging cycle should depend on the number of clients you have vs. your overhead (salaries, light, etc). If u hv, say 2 customers, charging quarterly may end up ruining u financially, depending on how much u charge them.

In general, given u r in naija, I would charge monthly and itemize the bill so the client knows exactly what they are paying for. If they take issue, tell them, after all, they pay other bills monthly so why not urs?
