I started the mmf at a stanbic branch on Monday morning. Up till now, I haven't received my log in details. Is this normal?

I downloaded the Stanbic app from play store and created an account; followed instructions on d app and deposited #5,000. I got a text from them that an account has been created for me and the log in details would be sent within 48 hrs.
It has been a week plus now, no log in details sent. I've sent mails to mutualfunds@
stanbicibtc.com and assetmanagement@stanbicibtc.com, yet no reasonable response.
What do I do? This is annoyingly frustrating.

Just send a message to mutualfunds@stanbicibtc.com only.
After 3 days of opening the account without the login details, I emailed them and within ours got my details..

I don't think so. Maybe its because their unit hasn't expanded enough yet to handle the increase in subscribers. I have been with them since 2014. They called every month to check on me and how I feel about their service. It has stopped now but I have not had anything to complain about them.

How long does it take to reflect after paying online for the first time on ARM mutual funds

Higher rate offer, Customer service, Transperency etc.

Make your choices based on these factors.

I settled for ARM after factoring in the above points.

So stanbic has rectified my issue. I have received the value . In their mail to me, it read: Please be informed that this has been rectified and you have been given value as at 09 January 2018. The transaction date is 06 February, 2018 but the value was as at 09 January 2018. does this mean all my interests from 9 Jan is included? If yes, is there an estimate of what this interest would amount to? The principal is 450,000.
I am asking because i cant see any interest in the fund.

Yesterday was February 09. Why the wait for 7 days? Because normally the interest accrues dailyon mutual fund and we can see this in the app.

dont worry, you will notice the pattern after a few months..

the money is added in lump every seven days.. Mine, i cant remeber which day or why, enters 7 days intervals.

your first month ends on a friday..
you shal see full value latest wed.

Exactly what I have been thinking, the lady at the bank must have typed my email wrongly. Tried reset, no positive result which is just a confirmation of wrong email. I'll have to visit them.
