Obama this, Obama that. What does he even has in stock for the Africans that supported him in all except vote and finance. Hope he won't follow the same trend of his predecessors. Someone asked me if Yankee would become a free visa Country for Blacks?

@ yicob,

i disagree with ur opinion that the african support was d deciding factor in Obama's victory. without d whites, hispanics, asian americans it wouldnt have been possible 4 Obama to make it to d white house.there's one thing am sure of, Obama will give to everyone(be they white, black or african) equal rights.i am sure he will be unbiased so blacks shouldnt expect too or less from him. people are watching to see if he'll be sentimental towards d black community and if he should show any signs of bias he'll be nailed.my uncle Obama's too wise to fall for such. Americans have shown d world that their political system is the model and that nat'l unity is more important than race or colour(i respect them for that). Obama is man of d people and he's shown us dat if u dare to dream(and act) u'll achieve anything even the most unimaginable. Obama is charism personified.

there are more to this election than helping Africa.
This is the second greatest history of black race.
The first being the abolishment of slave trade.

It is amazing the people who traded the black people as commodities are now under the leadership of a black man.
This is a message to the rest of the world

Obama is a rainbow candidate, that is why he won, he was (still is) the candidate for different races and colors, that was why he won,  now is the time for every human on earth to know that you can be whatever you want to be if you don't relent in being focus and with hard work,  this is going to be an example for young and determined people to come into politics not because of money or greed, but because they want to make history and set the records straight,   Africa, you can, believe in your might,

Histories has been made today, as president Obama became the first  Black America President.
History has also justify the claims  of Martin luther jr where he  said I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
winkcongratulation! to the  president of American.
Nigerians and the rest of African has to take a clue from this on how election should be conduct.can you image that Mr Mccain EVEN Congrate  President Obama before the end of the election can an opposing political camp in  Nigeria do that.
Look at what is happening in all around African, sit tight  President,Governors, the called for WAR .Just as the world is change ,NIGERIA ,AFRICAN need to change with it.Let stand up for that change NOW

We are all dreaming, conceiving, and do you know what, we are believing in it, and most importantly we will achieve- celebrate it, as it has been celebrated with the victory of Obama, this morning

deportation of illegal black immigrants would not benefit either grin

Along with lowering trade tariffs between African and America, I think he should increase the numbers of refugees they let in, and create an "economic refugees" option, where people from extremely poor nations (<$1,500) can apply for refugee status, along with people who come from war-torn nations. So many of our people would be able to grasp the opportunity available in America.
