DEJOKE'S DIARY. (the Strange Ways We Find Love) [chapter4] by dejokediary: 10:49am On Oct 01, 2014
I couldnt help but kept staring at him the stranger right before me holding his camera and sure he was staring at me too and we were like two aliens from another world.
'you might want to keep the rest of the stare for another day'that was his first words to me as he moved closer.
I couldnot stop my heartbeat were so loud now and i feel so strange like something wasn't really missing anymore.
Oh God he was so handsome if i had my chance i d have fainted too.he was huge tall with his muscular arms and broad chest. His eyeballs were brown and his skin was dark and smooth i could remember clearly he was on short and singlet.
Lost in my thoughts i was when this stranger snapped his fingers right at my face and i snapped out of my deep thought
I was right there but i just felt dumb my first encounter with a man at my early twenties not just a guy but a prince charming just like in stories have read.
What you doing all alone here?he asked.i wanted to answer but that moment i couldnt find my vocabulary i was lost of words.
Finally to kill it all he smiled and then i couldnt help it but to smile in return.
Suddenly he stared at me strangely as his smiled fades
and followed by silence.i got scared i was confused what went wrong? why that look? Its puzzled my heart
'what your name'he asked i was fast at that and he smiled and said nice name Adejoke am Femi he said.
Big bro' a voice called from behind and i realised it was a young boy just like romade age group and Femi walked towards the young boy
this is my brother Tunji.i waved to him and he did same and just before i knew another little girl showed up then i realised he had little siblings.
This is morenikeji he said and she was named that by my mum cause they became two females in the house.
I smiled at it and the kids ran off.
We were left alone again and i wanted to know more about him but unfortunately not that day because he seems to be having a busy moment.
Finally my little bro showed up and i did same introduction but unlike me Femi was friendly with Romade due to his passion for phography just like him,
Romade told me it was better we head home due to the weather so i said i was coming after him.
Just what i was waiting to hear he asked me to meet him there tomoro morning.
With a smile we dismissed and with no other thought on my mind he was all i had in my head and just as i fell on my bed i began to wonder how tomorrow would look like and what he wanted to say to me.
began that moment in a girl s life which she never want it to end that moment i have to make time seize forever.
Ofcourse i went the next day at that same spot and i waited my eyes fixed to the river like i had something lost in it.
Just has i began to wonder if he d show up,at that moment just his words made me the most lucky girl in the whole world
