The Theft trend is just becoming rampant these days as Communities, streets are thrown into Perpetual darkness as a result of this Nonsensical act by PHCN & their Cohorts.
Can somebody who dosent know anatomy carry out Surgery in the theatre
My area is currently a Victim of this dastardly act right now lingering for over a month now & the same Vandals (PHCN) are saying that we must buy it & call them to fix it.
I wish i can own the community, i would have taught this PHCN a lesson that they wont forget in a hurry.
