What is that unique festival, dress, food, customs or even religion of your people that you would want to share with Nairalanders

Please educate us and let us learn about them



I come from Arochukwu and it's customary to bury people inside their house, yea that may be strange- my grandparents were burried in their bedrooms!!!

In urhobo delta state, if a man got married 2 one wife, he's not entitled 2 take chieftancy title except more dan one wife.

As a wife in urhobo is submissive not only 2 d husband, buh 2 d hubby sisters n brodas even if she older dan dem, she must greet dem 1st whether she's older dan dem or not.
We hav various kinds of festival in urhobo land. We ve d 'eni festival, egenu festival, ovbwunu festival' etc n very interstin n mysterious. Can't start explain hw dey perform.
