Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, Depart for a scenic drive to Independence Square- it was built when England gave them Independence in 1957, it was also known as the black square and it is a venue for many national celebrations, move on to Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Fall -it was founded in the year 1992 and was named after the first President who struggled for the independence of the Country, also move on to Shai Game Reserve -it was established in 1974, is a small Wildlife sanctuary also a nice and enjoyable recreation center with a lot of history. Proceed to Coconut Grove Beach Resort, the night will be spent there.

DAY 3

SATURDAY
DECEMBER 27, 2008

KAKUM NATIONAL PARK TOUR.
After breakfast depart to Kakum National Park, one of Ghana’s most famous parks. Kakum is also home to Africa’s only aerial walkway through the tree canopy, a 1000-ft long, seven-bridge walkway with viewing platforms that reaches heights above the forest floor, drive down to Ovation Bar & Restaurant for Lunch, after proceed to the infamous CASTLE & SLAVE DUNGEONS- it was built by the Swedes in 1653 and was later taken over by the British, History will unfold the story of the slave trade which the impact is still felt beyond the shores of Africa today. Cape Coast Castle This castle also houses the West African Historical Museum established by the Smithsonian Institute in collaboration with the Ghanaian Government in 1994. Return to your hotel in Accra for an evening relaxation.
