I kinda disagree with the fact that the higher the number of ads on a page the higher your earring.

Okay maybe the higher the number of ads on a page the higher the click (high chance your ad will be clicked).

But have you considered the low CTR you will get from too many ads on a page if no much clicks? also do you know you might get lower CPC due to low competition for space? if you have just an ad do you know that will have a very high CPC?

this are things i have tried out, actually it depends on the site, look at a situation like this:


1. 3 ads on a page with CPC 0.10 having 10 clicks = $1.0
2. 1 ad on a page with CPC 0.35 having 3 clicks = $1.05

This is just a rough analysis of what my findings was, although personally i still do go with plenty of well placed ads
