Nkwobi is cow or goat leg while isiewu is goat Head but both are prepared same way

Ingredients:
Cow foot or goat head cut to prefered size
Seasoning
palm oil
pepper pepper
utazi leaf preferable or garden egg leaf(ask igbo women that sell vegetables)
crayfish
Potash
Salt to taste

Boil your cow foot or goat head water till its done
In another pot pour palm oil, add ur grounded potash and Mix until it is thick and yellowish then add grinded pepper,crayfish, seasoning and very little salt to taste
mix all and taste the sauce to make sure all is balanced
throw in the boiled cow foot/ goat head, mix and add the utazi leaves
Nkwobi is ready

Never prepared it myself but seen on several occasions where the brain was cooked and pounded in a mortar then added to the sauce before adding the beef.
