The funniest part is that when there is a close down, many inmates will suffer & die of hardship & hunger

If they are using gen sets, refrigerators, etc at just Medium security prison that means fried Turkey, chicken piripiri, in short, heaven on earth would be the 'lot' for Maximum Security inmates. *Thinking out loud * Na so crime dey pay reach?
