I learnt its microorganism but read it up on google for better clarification

Yes, the microorganism that causes the infection is the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus. It is usually found on the skin, even if there is no infection. It is the ingrown hair and the skin damage caused by it after shaving that invites the germ into the skin/hair passage and follicle causing the bumps.

So using the right shaving technique and preventing the skin damage and ingrown hairs in the first place will help reduce bumps.
