Set a goal and be specifc: do a before and after project.
Eat little portions...avoid too many carbs...do weight training on an empty stomach monday to friday.

Drink a glass of zobo every morning. Zobo burns blood sugar and limits absorption of carbohydrates. I've personally done this for a week and people complement my trim figure.

Most importantly excess food makes belly big especially women. I come to realise that women eat bigger food than men and if you see their belly is like 4 months old pregnant. I have seen a lady who ate 5 wraps of fufu while I struggle to finish 3.
