How easy is it to upgrade level in FG employ without connect?
Ex: went in with secondary school but has a BSC and looking to upgrade. Any experiences or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Ur Bsc is useless already. Notify ur office & then proceed for a new degree. U can apply new job with that ur degree at different organization
